Compote of hawthorn

• Water - 1 liter.
• Sugar - 300 gr.
• Citric acid - 3 oz.

The berries can be cut in half and remove seeds, but you can as a whole. Pour in boiling water and boil for several minutes. Cool and drink.

However much they do not get carried away, hawthorn may cause a sharp drop in blood pressure and heart rate violation.!

Note: It is better to brew in a thermos. And then add the sugar.
